Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of thewallstreettitans.com (the "Site") and any memberships, sponsorships, merchandise, or other services offered by Wallstreet Titans (the "Club"). By using the Site or contributing to the Club, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to purchase a membership or sponsorship or to provide payment information on the Site.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to access non-public areas, scrape or copy content without permission, upload malicious code, or impersonate any person or entity.

The Club is an amateur handball club. Memberships, sponsorships, and other supporter contributions help fund team operations, equipment, travel, and league fees. They are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible unless we specifically state otherwise in writing.

Perks listed on the Site (merchandise, recognition, event invitations, etc.) will be delivered as described. Availability, dates, and specific perk details may change for reasons outside our control; we will make a reasonable effort to provide an equivalent benefit when that happens.

Refunds: contributions are generally non-refundable once processed. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days at office@wallstreettitans.com and we will review in good faith.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment, you authorize that processor to charge the amount shown to your selected payment method, and you agree to the processor's terms. We are not responsible for errors, fees, or delays caused by the processor or your bank.

The Site's content — including team names, logos, player imagery, photography, copy, and design — is owned by the Club or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Supporters attending matches or club events agree to follow venue rules and the Club's code of conduct. We may revoke memberships or event access for harassment, threats, discriminatory behavior, or any conduct that endangers players, staff, or fellow supporters.

The Site and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Club, its officers, players, staff, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Site or any membership or sponsorship. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to the Club in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Club and its representatives from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
